Settlement Charges at Move-Out

At ALH|Podland Realty & Rental Homes Property Management, we like to be very open with our residents which is why we make this list a part of your lease and want to make sure you are aware up front of what the charges are. Below, please find a SAMPLE list of settlement charges at move-out if the move-out policy is disregarded or any damage is found. The fees and items here are updated on a regular basis and this is what we use to calculate your refund for the security deposit. Again, this is provided to you in your lease agreement with the latest version of this document, also, fees listed in your lease agreement document become a part of the lease and will be abided by both sides.
