Buy Rental Property in these Up and Coming Atlanta Neighborhoods

Atlanta has some sizzling hot neighborhoods that are catching the eye of many. If you are an investor, then you will want to look their way, too. Find yourself some rental property and get it market-ready. After all, the more desirable the neighborhood, the more your property will be viewed as a prime spot.

Warning: Potential tenants may begin swarming.

Lawrenceville

Walkable and quaint, Lawrenceville is a welcoming place to call home. There are opportunities for both new constructions and for renovation here. It is becoming more and busier, but it is maneuvering its way through the growing pains rather successfully. With all its boutiques, dining experiences, and breweries opening up, there is no sign of Lawrenceville slowing down.

Grove Park

On the west side of Atlanta, Grove Park is found outside of West Midtown. This accessible neighborhood is close to everything, yet still a few steps away for serenity. Because it is still in the early stages of blooming, buying property here is very affordable.

Peachtree Heights West

Rent is up in this area. And rental property is being leased as soon as it comes on the market. While it is in full up and coming, it may be more expensive to initially break into this neighborhood has an investor, but the rising rents may make it worthwhile.

Ormewood Park

This neighborhood has a small-town feel with the revival of old homes and shops in the area. It's quaint and becoming more and more popular. You can turn something old into something spectacular and welcome in Ormewood Park.

Brookwood Hills

Located inside Atlanta, Brookwood Hills is a quiet, enjoyable place to live. It is the perfect place for those looking for a neighborhood that is easily walkable. And, especially for those looking for a sense of community. As millennials begin settling down, this is a neighborhood that will fall high on the radar.

Westview

This is a very old neighborhood west of downtown Atlanta. Older homes of all types are being renovated. And, the area is coming alive with a melting pot of individuals. The area is definitely seeing a rise in home prices, but that also means a rise in rents, too.

It is always exciting to be a part of something new. These Atlanta-area neighborhoods are proving that old things can bring new life. If you are ready to acquire investments, turn your focus to Lawrenceville, Grove Park, Peachtree Heights West, Ormewood Park, Brookwood Hills, and/or Westview.

Already own property in these locations? Great! You are one step ahead. If not, now is the time to start looking. Demand is up – be ready!
